I have booked this hotel for its very good review and it was indeed what I expected it to be. The staffs were extremely helpful and were all so nice! Very hospitable and kind. As it was my birthday during the time when I traveled to Hanoi I was so lucky to have been upgraded to a suite room on the 7th floor with wide windows and a small balcony. My bed was very comfortable and indeed I had a wonderful night rest. Having to stayed in their hotel for 3 nights was indeed a very nice experience --- breakfast was pretty good -- always a happy tummy every morning. And the hotel's location was a walk away from most of the popular sites. Taking the grab from the hotel was pretty easy too. I love the location as it is perfectly situated in the Old Quarter having to be so accessible to nearby touristy spots and local shops. I booked with them a car service from the hotel to the airport which was very reasonable at VND300,000 -- USD12.60 -- as compared to others offering it for USD15-20. Overall, I really would recommend this hotel. If there's this one thing that I didnt like -- It was the one floor that I have to take by staircase as the elevator is only up to the 6th floor. So I have to get off at the 6th and walk my way to the 7th floor through the stairs. Its just a small detail and wouldnt actually affect the overall stay in this hotel.

The location is great to get around Hanoi, the rooms where spacious and well laid out with trendy decor, we had a room in the 6th floor for the first two night and it was wonderful, really large and comfortable bed. The room we had on the 4th floor stay between tours was also nice (pictured below) The breakfast had quite a few options and was tasty. The standout about this hotel is the staff, they are all super friendly and helpful. Special recognition to Jenny for helping us organise a transfer from the airport and tours to Sa Pa and Ha Long Bay. Her communication during the booking process and overall service was outstanding and gave us great comfort for when we first arrived in Vietnam. I recommend this hotel without hesitation and would very happily stay again should we ever return. Thank you to all the staff!

Communication and information: Before the arrival the Andy contacted me to ask of I need any help airport pickup, bookypurs etc. He was very helpful and the communication was very good. He organised halong bay cruise and Nihn Bihn yours that were excellent. We paid at the propertyduring checkin by card with 3% bank card fee (this is very common in Vietnam) Arrival and checkin time: Staff helped us with luggages and offered coffee and water. Check in was quick and staff was very helpful. Gave us some information for the city. Rooms: As expected, relatively clean, shampoo/shower clean towels, nice bed. Hot water and aircon. Location: In the city centre walkable. Excellent location to walk around the old quarter. Check out: Easy and quick, helped us with luggages to put then in the taxi. Very friendly staff.

The location was great, easy access to any main attraction within walking distance. A lot of places to eat around, coffee shops and a mini mart just around the corner. Breakfast was a good start of the day, with a mix of local and western food, plus eggs cooked on demand. The staff was particularly friendly, helpful and professional, trying to answer any request very diligently. They offered a late check out at a very reasonable price as we were flying out in the early evening and trust me. you really want to freshen up after a whole day walking :) I will recommend it and actually, we stayed in the same hotel again during our trip in Vietnam.

That was our second stay in this hotel after a cruise in Ha Long bay. Again, the staff was really helpful, professional and friendly, providing any help and information when needed. The room was perfect and the location made it easy to head back for a break in the afternoon after a long morning walk in the city. Again, breakfast was good and on our final day, we asked for a late check out which was possible for a very reasonable fee (we left the hotel at 6pm and trust me, it was needed to freshen up before going on with our trip in Vietnam). Definitely recommend this hotel, and I will keep it in my records.
